The project is located in the south-west portion of the province of San Juan, just across the border with the province of Mendoza.

It involves more that 54.000 hectares (133.436,91 acres). Its boundaries may be defined as follows:

To the East, it borders on National Route 40; To the South, on the province of Mendoza; to the west, on the province of Mendoza and the Montaña River in the San Juan Andean Precordillera; to the North, on the Acequión River and a portion of Retamito up to National Route 40.

Only 14 km (8,70 miles) north of the central part of the property, stands Retamito, a poorly populated small train station.

At some distance, but only 25 km (15,53 miles) from the state, to the North, stands another train station named Cañada Honda, with a small. Along National Route 40, from the entrance of the property and about 30 km, lies the small city of Media Agua, capital of the department of Sarmiento, where the number of inhabitants increases to near 15,000.

On the west end of the project area, the valley of Pedernal, which was recently granted the status of 'Origin Denomination' for grapes and wines, is known to produce some of the best quality grapes in the entire region which result in Premium Wines.

Along the same National Route 40, 80 km north of the Project, one can arrive to the City of San Juan. The same distance separates the entrance of the Project, along National Route 40 to the South, from the City of Mendoza.
