From the East to the West, the property’s area extends from the alluvial plain of the San Juan and Mendoza rivers systems, with hills ranging up to near 550 meters (1.804,46 feet) above sea level in the East extreme, up to the area of Valle de Pedernal-Los Pozos in the West extreme, ranging up to 1500 meters (4.921,26 feet) above sea level.

This topographic difference and some other geographical phenomena, such as the vast intermontane valleys between the West and the Central Andean Foothill and the alluvial plains on the West Anden foothill up to Mendoza and San Juan rivers, are key features for a variety agro-industrial uses, since they offer a wide perspective from the point of view of the different types of soils, agro-meteorological conditions and the availability of hydro-geological resources.

This excellent conditions allow the cultivation of Olive trees at 550 to 900 meters (2.952,76 feet) above sea level, and on the highest areas, it is possible to cultivate grapes and nuts, among others.
